Lack of signage and road markings.
Reported in the Road signs category anonymously at 11:05, Thu 2 February 2017
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 970910.
Since being made one way there have been a large number of cars going the wrong way due to lack of signage. Cars enter the right way and then turn around at the top of North street and return along North street in the wrong direction. There are no signs to say that entering Croft road isn't allowed. This is going to cause a serious accident if not rectified.

This problem is getting worse and is going to create an accident before long. More signage is required on Tomkinson Road (no left/right turn) to make people aware that Clifton road is no entry, more signs along North street is required to stop motorists from turning around at the top of North Street and exiting North street the wrong way. Larger vehicles can't get around the corner of North street into Clifton Road due to cars parked on the corner. And then there are the people that just don't care if it is one way because it is worth taking the risk than turning right out of Tompkinson Road.

3 cars in 5 minutes turning round at the corner on Clifton Road and North Street this morning. One road sign in the two streets is not enough.

No it hasn't been fixed and no-one seems to be doing anything about it. All it needs is a couple of white arrows painting on the road but still not even been looked at. Cars using the road the wrong way every day.

Even police officers are aware of the street being one way. White arrows need painting on the road.

Does this report actually get read and noted? I feel like my comments are falling on deaf ears. 7 months on and nothing has been done to make the one way system more noticeable. White arrows painted on the road is all it would take but still this hasn't been done.

There is still a problem with the lack of signage in North street/Clifton Road Nuneaton. Arrows need to be painted on the road to stop people turning round at the top of North street. Easy fix with little out lay.
