Sent to Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

The tree at the side of 1 Brendon Way has grown unchecked for many years. Despite requests for someone to visit and maintain it. Is is now massive and looks like its weight is pulling it over

  • This report has still not been acted on, or if it has we have not had any feedback. Once again the tree is in danger of bringing down our TV aerial. The leaves that come of the tree are now filling our gutters and causing slip hazards to children on there way to school, not to mention the elderly visiting residents. If anyone suffers a trip or fall due to slipping on leaves i will off course point out the fact that this issue has been raised with you, and you were aware of the situation. Can you supply me with an address where i can send the bill for having my gutters cleaned and having my aerial relocated for the second time.
