Reported in the Road markings category anonymously at 14:34, Sat 29 October 2016
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 919339.
The lane makings approaching the Waitrose roundabout from Shipston direction are no longer clearly visible causing cars to use incorrect lane. There's also no early warning as to which lane to use

I have recently had 2 near-accidents as a result of drivers approaching this roundabout from the south but going straight on, towards Stratford, from the LEFT-hand land - which is to turn left onto the B4632 ONLY. I see this has been reported, ~5 months ago, but not actioned!! It needs the road markings made good AND a sign on the approach, saying left hand lane is 'turn left only'. Council is at risk if an accident happens and you have taken no action to resolve this, despite being on notice. Please sort it.

I have had the same problem coming from Shipstonto Stratford. Road markings worn off. On a normal island you would go in the outside lane to go straight across but on this one there are usually markings to say use the inside lane. The outside lane is just to turn left towards Meon Vale. Had people each time I'm in inside lane overtaking me on outside lane. And who can blame them?! No markings!! Won't be long until you have a big crash as this island. Please fix asap.

I think the council have forgotten that this Roundabout is not marked out as a standard roundabout so sorting out the its lane markings should be a priority activity before the inevitable happens. In the meantime take care everyone and get others to report it too
