Obstruction of residential access due to inconsiderate car parking by hospital employees/visitors.

Sent to Warwick District Council and Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 903566.
As there is no double yellow lines or any other parking deterrent, nearby hospital visitors/employees regularly park on the straight, narrow road of Wedgnock Green outside No's 29 - 37 when there is no parking spaces left in the crescent parking areas. They will park along the whole straight at times or sometimes just to the right/left of someone's drive. The parking is inconsiderate as it makes it difficult to manoeuvre into one of these drives or to go around them. Sometimes it is not possible for residents of these addresses to park their own car, in their own drive. As the width of the road is around 1.5x car width, rubbish collections are often missed as the truck cannot get past these cars to collect rubbish. This issue has been on going for a while but is steadily getting worse. I would like to suggest the painting of double yellow lines for parking enforcement along this straight road or a parking permit system as well as signage discouraging hospital parking.

In work hours this is still an issue. People using the adjacent Street for hospital or work parking. Lytelton road just off the street is permit parking for W7. Why can't this be extended to Wedgnock Green? The councillor mentioned that action would be taken for just the four houses with the main problem. I've heard nothing from this? Having free parking here is also undercutting the revenue gained from the main hospital car parks just up the road. Some people staying an entire night just outside our drives. The tariff on NHS parking for6-24 hours is £9.40 per person.
