Overgrown verge and pedestrian through way damaging vehicles.

Reported in the Hedges / trees on rights of way category anonymously at 14:26, Fri 23 September 2016

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

The area separating Ullswater Rd from Lakeside which is a council verge is excessively overgrown and damaging my vehicle as brambles are overlapping my drive. .The elderberry at the other end is scratching the vehicle owned by Les Kimberley when he reverses off his drive at No 32,Ullswater. This will inevitably result in car damage claims if this continues to be ignored as it has beenin the past, since 2011 when first reported reference: 4741473 and when reported by the Kimberleys. The public through way at the rear of my property is also very overgrown. I had the police out yesterday as youths have taken advantage of this and thrown a rock through my bathroom window. The worst is that dog owners are dumping their poo bags in the overgrown bushes outside my property along with any other rubbish to hand. Please inspect.
