The street light outside 19/21 tamar rd, bulkington was removed over a month ago and has not been replaced. i would like to know why ? tamar rd is lit through the night and this makes this area of the road unsafe during night hours. this was cut down then cut up into pieces and removed in a van, the bottom half has been taped up and left. this area is being dug up a present due to a new gas main being laid and it would seem an ideal time to install a new light.

Can not understand why the people who put up the new light could not take down the old one and wire in the new one all at the same time. What a waste of money and time and my council tax.

7 workmen, 4 trucks and 2 months to fix the problem from start to finish. Not at all impressed. It must be possible for 2 men in 1 truck to complete the task even if they spend all day doing it. If these different tasks are farmed out to contractors it seems a complete waste of council tax money.
