Initially reported in June 2016. BT attended promptly and erected a 3 sided barrier around post stating urgent fix would be requested but no further action since then; barrier remains but post not fixed. Contacted BT by email in August to request update, received a phone call from call centre as a result which resulted in call handler insisting it must be an emergency with a telegraph pole despite being told this was not the case. BT engineer attended but confirmed, as we had advised, that it wasn't an emergency and stated he would route request through to correct BT department but still no further contact from BT and damaged post plus 3 sided barrier remain, this has now been 4 months....
