Uneven road surface and huge potholes between the Chase Hotel and Hinckley Road. This appears to have been caused by general wear and tear and also by poor workmanship when repairing the road after roadworks. If this is not fixed soon, there is going to be a serious injury to a cyclist which could prove extremely costly to the council.

Reported in the Pothole category by Craig Buck at 20:20, Sun 15 May 2016

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 5 minutes later

The road surface is terrible and it will not be long before a serious accident is caused due to the uneven surface. Riding over this stretch of road on a bike is extremely unpleasant and it is so easy to catch the edge of one of the uneven parts which could throw a rider from the bike. The entire stretch of the road from the Chase Hotel to Hinckley Road has seen many patch jobs which are totally inadequate. The whole stretch of the road needs resurfacing although the worst parts are close to the Chase up to Ferndale Close. I have more photos which I can supply but this form will only accept 3.
