Just fixed in the last couple of days. Seems to be another temporary fix. Let's hope it lasts longer than the two months of the previous attempt. Seems to me a proper fix would probably be more cost effective.

There is an unknown substance on the road which was spilt by a road sweeper last Wednesday. It sort of looks like an oily substance but even with all the sun we have had, it doesn't dry. Now considering the road has just been freshly tarmac'd, it's not a nice sight. Residents have to park in it and walk through it to get to their cars. Any feed back from this update would be appreciated.
Yours
James.
