Gully drain overflowing in Lower Hillmorton Rd
Reported in the Gully or manhole defect category anonymously at 17:53, Sun 24 January 2016
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 752384.
A blockage is causing a road surface drain outside 257 and 259 Lower Hillmorton Rd to be continually overflowing with foul smelling water, which runs downhill in the roadside gutter for 50 - 100 yds. It was pumped out a week or two ago but the problem has returned. A few years ago some major work was done to clear the problem involving unblocking a bypass pipe which crosses the dual carriageway toward Vere Rd, but it has continued to overflow at times throughout the last few months.
