Conifer trees encroach over the pavement alongside the fish shop.
Reported in the Hedges / trees on rights of way category anonymously at 15:39, Sun 10 January 2016
Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 742680.
Conifer trees growing right across the pavement and sycamore trees above over hang the road causing double decker buses and high lorries to hit them or travel down the centre of this very busy street. A No waiting sign is hidden inside this hedge. This over grown hedge was reported a year ago and still nothing has been done to allow pedestrians to walk unhindered along this stretch of pavement.

Problem becoming more difficult. Yesterday two people walking side by side had to drop back to single file to walk down this section of pavement.

Although the over hanging sycamore trees have been cut back to prevent them hitting passing vehicles the high conifer leylandii hedge has not been cut back and still prevents two people to walk side by side on the pavement. Two people approaching each other would mean one has to step into the road. This is very dangerous especially at school times when many pupils are put into danger.

This problem still exists. The sycamore trees have been cut back to prevent them hitting double decker buses but the conifers still encroach upon the public pavement. People can only walk in single file along this section of pavement causing them to step into the road if meeting condone else. This is now one year and 16 weeks since this was brought to you attention. WHAT IS BEING DONE.

Hedge still not been cut back and as summer progresses do the hedge encroaches on the public pavement day by day. It is not two years since I first made this complaint. Can we make this pavement safe to walk along.

Considering how wide the pavement should be its not very excessive for mobility scooters let alone pedestrians

No one takes any notice of this web site. First drew attention to this prob over 18 months ago. Hedge still grows across the pavement and yesterday a lady on mobility scooter had a branch of this hedge flick across her eye as she tried to get passed.
