Kerb loose and could damage vehicles or be a trip hazzard

Reported in the Road works problem category anonymously at 21:19, Wed 8 July 2015

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later

The kerb stone at the connecting point between my drive and the road which had been repaired 12 months or so ago is again loose - if a response to this was taken up (it was sent to the council previously) the work could have been redone by the contractor under the 12 months defect period most works have but due to the delays and the situation getting worse it now going to be a charged item I imagine.

Please note that the kerb could hit the underside of any vehicles driving over it due to how loose it is and is becoming dangerous. Not only to vehicles but to pedestrians and is now a health and safety risk.
