Council informed that bollards are not applicable (why I don't know as there are already double yellow lines so nobody should be parking there, they said they would increase parking inforcement patrols but as the school is closed at present that doesn't seem to be worthwhile or permanent solution.

No difference, parents turn up at 14.00 hrs onwards, oark on verges/yellow lines, no police presence recently & civil enforcement officers walk past without ticketing or even giving words of advice.

Highways dept have attended & topped up top soil & reseeded the verges, however people have continued to park on these verges thereby negating this good work, even the guy from highways said at the time that bollards are needed.

Since being reseeded, parents have continued to park on the verges so not giving the grass a chance to grow back, the main issue is the total disregard for parking regulations be it parking on double yellow lines, bends, close to the junction etc, regulations are NOT enforced, PCSO's & parking enforcement officers either attend at times when nobody is here (after the school has closed) or ignore offending drivers.
