The area of verge between the rear of the former Ritz Cinema and the Waterfall Island is very badly overgrown. Homless people living in the undergrowth and these are also repeatedly breaking into the Grade 2 list former cinema at the rear of the building as due the overgrown area it is well hidden and dark. I have asked for this to be done via Jacquiline Padbury from planning who has already asked for this to be done on our behalf as we are experienceing all sorts of problems due to break insek.

Problem is this is very over grown, I am Project manager of the refurbishment to the former list cinema that this land backs on to and also Burgage Walk. There are homeless people sleeping in the undergrowth and these people are also causing damage and breaking in the cinema causing damage. We would ask that this area be cleaned out so you can see the rear of the building again from the street which will hep prevent any further damage and of cause reduce people sleeping rough in the trees. This has been reported by Jacqueline Padbury of Planning and also Peter Jeffrey conservation and enforcement officer but nothing has been done. Please can this be sorted ASAP my contact details are 07748625829 mor pclgroupmidlands@btinternet.com
