Overgrown hedgerow and stinging nettles
I’M REPORTING THIS AGAIN AS THE HEDGEROW FROM THE BANK AND STINGING NETTLES ARE GETTING WORSE AND NOW MAKING THIS WAKWAY EXTREMELY NARROW AND DARK - this is a very vulnerable walkway in the dark and needs to be cleared so the lighting is visible. One of the residents has already had his ladders out cutting back hedgerow impeding the streetlight at one end of this entry way! I would appreciate an update for when this work will be started Overgrown stinging nettles & weeds Reported in the Hedges / trees on rights of way category anonymously at 18:45, Saturday 19 September 2020 Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later In the entry way linking Southfield close through to Hinckley Road there are overgrown weeds half way across the path, the majority of these are sting nettles! They are progressing at a rapid rate and need cutting back now. There are also a number of trees with branches completely overhanging and if we have any games or stormy weather, these are very likely to snap and cause potential damage to a member of the public. This entry way is extremely busy used by many children going to school and also shoppers going to Lidl on Hinckley road
