These drains have not been cleared for about five years now, despite having been reported as blocked several times. Rain water drains into these from Green End Road road and, as they are blocked, the old road becomes flooded each time we have heavy rain.
Warwickshire County Council has received your report which will be reviewed accordingly. There are no automatic updates to the status of this report - this is something we are working on as part of the improvements to fault reporting.

Thank you for the excellent response - a phone call and two teams of council staff on consecutive working days. A thorough job undertaken by both teams. They identified that the manhole in the area requires some brickwork repair and marked it as such. Given their attitude to the work they did, I have every confidence that they have reported this final piece of work as requiring attention. Many thanks to all concerned - including the member of staff from the council who called me in advance of the teams' arrival.
