Thick mud and other dirt on road coming from quarry entrance and trailing all the way down the road, both directions

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2328629.
Griff Quarry and Asphalt Plant MQP entrance and roads both way leading from this entrance are covered in thick mud and large stones that is hazardous to motorists and cyclists. This has been ongoing for years, and the road sweeper they put in place has been ineffective. As this has been a problem for years, locals are becoming very frustrated with this. When searching online, I have found people complaining on forums since 2012. It is in the Highway Code that companies such as this should provide washing facilities prior to leaving the site to avoid any mud getting on to the carriageway.

Road still constantly covered in mud and road cleaner used only mixes it into a slurry. Any vehicle travelling down that road gets lights covered and a years worth of dirt in one go. Investigation in to the Highways Act 1980 Section 161 is needed. Council either stop this quarry dumping mud on the road or put a cleaning station at the end of the road
