The damaged area hasn't been marked for repair. The damaged area seems to be in a county boundary 'no man's land' between Warwickshire & Oxfordshire. When travelling in one direction, it's in Warwickshire & from the other in Oxfordshire??? Maybe that's why nothing has been done.
