I would like to bring to your attention a broken stone slab in the middle of the road in Addison drive on Trinity Mead Stratford it's riding higher every time a car passes over it and will soon become a hazard to traffic, so needs to be replaced asap.

Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2299903.
This stone kerb/slab has been broken for some time it's in the middle of a 't' junction in Addison drive and every time a car drives over it moves a little more and is lifting up out of the ground and may well damage a car's underside, so needs to be replaced asap.
