Hedge is overgrown and causes people to have to walk on the grass (between the pavement and the road)

Reported in the Hedges / trees on rights of way category anonymously at 20:29, Tuesday 18 August 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

The hedge is overgrown and needs to be cut back. People are not able to walk on the pavement because of the overgrown hedge and are walking on the grass between the pavement and road. This was reported in the past and someone came out to cut back the hedge. The hedge by Mickleton Drive is cut back on a regular basis by the council but the hedge between Alderminster Grove and the roundabout is very rarely cut back. In the past, I was told there is a dispute about which council is responsible for this part of the hedge. Has that dispute been resolved? Can someone come out to cut the overhanging branches back please?
