Overgrown hedge on pavement

Reported in the Hedges / trees on rights of way category anonymously at 15:48, Monday 6 July 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

The hedge grown on the property at the edge of Lime Avenue is well overgrown on the foot path, making it difficult to socially distance, near a roundabout which could result in a collision between vehicles and pedestrians. You wouldn't allow a resident to build a fence 1 metres beyond their boundary - why do you allow them to grow their hedge beyond their boundary making it very difficult for road users. This has been present since the middle of March.

  • Please could the house No.s 2,4 and No. 6. Leicester Lane, please cut the corners of their hedges back to the Boundary wall line. IT'S STILL IMPOSSIBLE TO SAFE DISTANCE BECAUSE I CAN'T SEE AROUND THE CORNER. Thanks
