Engine oil down drain gulley

Reported in the Gully or manhole defect category anonymously at 16:53, Sunday 5 July 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

For the third time in recent weeks, there are signs that somebody has tipped some waste (engine?) oil down a drain gulley in Wells Street in Rugby (that part between Murray Road and Grosvenor Road). Are you able to pump it out and dispose of it safely? Do you have any warning notices that could be fixed to the adjacent street lighting column? Any hidden CCTV cameras with a view to a prosecution? Thank you for your help!
