Car driving on pavement to get through the dead end part of Farley street

Reported anonymously at 09:40, Saturday 4 July 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

A few times in the past few week a car has been spotted driving along the pavement between the dead end of Farley Street and the junction of Willes Road and Leam Terrace at speed. He is doing it in both directions and if anyone was to come out of Farley House car park or jogging down Leam Terrace they would not think of looking out for a car driving fast down that part of the pavement. Would it be possible to plant a bollard between the Farley House hedged wall and the council hedges in the middle of the pavement island? Thank you and kind regards Daniella
