Hedge from property Home Farm, Whitnash Road causing ongoing and persistent obstruction to footpath in Palmer Road. Cannot pass with pushchair and need to walk in road. This goes on every year and local council requests to cut back are ignored by the owners. This hedge needs cutting back completely to the boundary line as when cut it still obstructs up to 50% of the public footpath!

This is explained above. This hedge should be cut back to the boundary line. The obstruction does not affect the owners who choose to ignore that they are causing an ongoing public footpath obstruction that is a danger to pedestrians having to walk in the highway.
