Basal tree growth.
Reported in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 11:42, Sat 27 June 2020
Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2174819.
The basal tree growth is obstructing the footpaths and subsequently is VERY DANGEROUS as I am a Mobility Scooter user and you cannot see traffic approaching the bottom of Butlin Road and Eastlands Road and I have had very close shaves at both junctions this happens every year and RBC take ages to do anything about this issue. Also the pavements are permanently obstructed by parked vehicles along Clifton Road between Butlin Road and Eastlands Road especially around the push button crossing by Winfield Park.
