Manhole cover broken, dangerous

Reported in the Gully or manhole defect category anonymously at 18:23, Friday 26 June 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

The manhole cover has been broken since at least February 2020 on the East side of the A3400 by the entrance to Edstone Hall (near the Gate Lodge), postcode B95 6DB. It looks like a works vehicle drove over when accessing an area near the bridge to trim fallen trees or branches. We could see tracks left on the grass from a heavy twin wheel works vehicle going directly over the broken manhole. A cone has been left above, but it's still very dangerous. Young children are known to play and walk nearby and could easily fall down the uncovered manhole.
