The problem exists at the top of Dyers Lane where it meets the Fosse Way. The verge includes a tarmac area that is commonly used as a lay by where local people park to walk the footpaths and exercise their dogs. The farmer who lives opposite has taken excepton to this and has recently placed a cut up telegraph pole around the lay by area. I do not believe that he owns this piece of land and feel he is acting illegally
