Unsafe for pedestrians on Europa Way

Reported in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category anonymously at 09:59, Monday 8 June 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

There is no proper footpath between the Gallows Hill roundabout and the junction with Apollo Way near the Shires roundabout. What little verge there is on the east side is overgrown with overhanging bushes and trees, meaning in some cases you have to step out onto the road. With the increasing housing being built in the Gallows Hill area the pedestrian traffic will only increase. I don't know what the long term solution will be, but in the meantime can the vegetation on the verge be cut back so what little footpath there is can be used more safely.
