Growth of leaves at bottom of tree trunk extending into road. The tree is on the corner of Wiles Road and Newbold Terrace Leamington Spa. If you are cycling up the Wiles Road you leave the cycle lane at the traffic lights and you have to move into the road to avoid the tree leaves. As the road narrows at this point it is dangerous as cars come up behind you and leave very little passing room. Can the leaves please be cut. See photo.
