Dangerous and very loose may collapse again

Sent to Warwickshire County Council less than a minute later

This cover is extremely loose, and may well collapse, heavy trucks use this road and these covers have collapsed before, with in one case a serious accident occurring. This defect is a serious risk to highway safety.

Its been getting worse for at least 10 days. Its the first cover after the CIS insurance office East Bound (Rugby).

  • The cover is getting worse. I was “pushed” over towards it yesterday as another driver wanted to avoid an empty can!! This meant I ended up bouncing in the sunken drain area. This needs a correct repair Not a bodge like normal.
