Neighbours have had building supplies delivered which have been dumped into the road
Reported in the Obstruction or hazard on road category anonymously at 09:23, Fri 24 April 2020
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2095811.
Someone living in the street has arranged for a delivery of building material (concrete slabs on a pallet) this morning. The lorry which delivered them placed them on the road at the end of the close. This blocks the highway and is a hazard to vehicles turning around in the close. This is particularly problematic as there are a number of elderly and disabled people living in this street who would be housebound at the best of times let alone the current crisis (including a cancer sufferer who requires daily visits from nurses) and the pallets obstruct delivery vehicles, medical staff (we've had several visits from ambulances and paramedics to various elderly and vulnerable neighbours in the past fortnight) and such like from turning around once they have reached the end of the Close. Please could something be done about this as soon as possible?
