I am raising this issue due to a visually impaired client has recently been struck in the face and eye by the overgrown vegetation on Park Hill. This was from the passage of Glendale Avenue to Webster Avenue. Please could it be arranged that the vegetation is cut back from the pathway and debris removed to prevent trip hazards.
