Many large HS2 vehicles are using Crackley Lane instead of Bockenden Road

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later
Bockenden Road is closed between 9.30am and 3.30pm to allow movements of HS2 construction traffic. Unfortunately the site manager is not aware of this. The drivers are following signs on the A45 that appear to direct them to use the Kenilworth end of Crackley Lane for access.
We are currently seeing at least 2 large vehicles an hour using the road. They take up more than half the road so cars cannot pass them safely. Cyclists and pedestrians are particularly at risk.
We have spoken to the site office and they don't seem to be able to do anything about the issue and were not aware it was a problem.
Please could a sign be put at the Kenilworth end of Crackley Lane to say 'No access for HS2 construction traffic'?

Thank you - I reported this to HS2 last week and have been told it will take 20 days to reply! Let's hope there isn't an accident in the meantime.

16:43 (2 hours ago) to HS2Enquiries, Susan, Melanie, HS2Complaints,
Can someone confirm with myself the routes/roads that HS2 traffic is allowed use.
As some of your contractors and HGV drivers don`t know, i would wish to inform them rather than having to email you again asking you to inform your contractors.
