Dangerous exit from new development

Reported anonymously at 02:03, Saturday 14 March 2020

Sent to North Warwickshire Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

I live on new housing development at Galley View, (no. 7) Hanslei Fields, Ansley Village. Myself and neighbours are finding access from Galley View onto the Birmingham Road is often difficult. If turning right the view is minimal to the right because of the bend, and many cars do not adhere to the 30 mph limit. Also with cars parked to the left side outside the village hall the view is obscured for both left and right turning. I asked the County Council if a mirror could be erected opposite but was advised these are not an option and that I should email you with a view to an inspection of our location and perhaps road signage on Birmingham Road both ways, perhaps warning of concealed entrance or any other ideas to help keep us safer when trying to get out. Many thanks. Karen Stone. 07790 265820. Please keep me updated with progress and outcome

Kind regards
