Distruction of pull in area, grass verges and loose gravel on road to A3400

The lay by from the A3400 to Great Rollright has recently been used by highways to park vehicles while resurfacing work was carried out on the A3400 to Long Compton. This has been left in an absolutely disgraceful state. The verge has been churned up, left over tarmac has been dumped in the layby, traffic cones left in the road which have now been run over, and gravel and mud have now been spread onto the road junction with the A3400. Has this work been completed?, If so do the contractors who have carried out this work think this an acceptable way to leave the layby into Great Rollright? It is a complete mess and an eyesore along with the work to the verges heading down to Long Compton. Why have you only laid tarmac on patches of the road? The whole road to Long Compton needs resurfacing and the leak causing the damage is still leaking.
