Pothole combined with exposed ironwork with a corner of manhole cover in vehicle wheel path

Reported in the Obstruction or hazard on road category anonymously at 15:34, Thursday 20 February 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

20th February 2020 travelling eastbound on Coleshill Road I observed a pot hole combined with exposed ironwork (manhole cover and frame) at the junction of Coleshill Road B4114 with Station Road near Blyth End. Sorry no photo as observed from a moving vehicle and unable to stop in a safe position to take a photograph.

Defect within vehicle wheel path. Swerved to avoid during daylight hours as visible. Maybe it looked worse from the driving position than it is?? Not sure - thought I should report it anyway.
