Long-standing problems, still unresolved

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 9 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1996677.
Multiple problems relating to blocked gullies and culverts at junction of Little Wolford Road and Rosary Lane CV36 5NB. (1) Three blocked gullies in Little Wolford Road causing flooding, especially in front of the fountain, and causing water to divert across the road and down Rosary Lane. (2) Water bubbling up through earlier patching to Little Wolford Road, probably from a collapsed culvert. (3) Overflowing manhole in verge outside No.1 Rosary Lane, turning the verge into a quagmire before joining the stream down Rosary Lane, bypassing one gulley completely as road has sunk. These problems have been reported on numerous occasions over many years, but all that has been achieved is the (pointless!) filling in of potholes in Little Wolford Road caused by water action FROM BELOW.

Warwickshire Highways continue to patch the road surface, rather than address the underling problem.
Why on Earth doesn't someone come and have a look at the problem when it's raining? You'd have to be an idiot not to realise what's going on!!
