Good morning, would it please be possible for a member of the planning dept to visit Austrey to see the condition of the roads due to lorries delivering to the various developments around the village. The roads are covered in mud and the t-junction opposite the bird in hand public house is in a terrible state with large pit holes. I appreciate that its winter and we cannot control the weather but surely the various builders can be instructed to use the far end of the village for access thereby reducing the impact on the village. Also rhe white cottage at the front of the development on kain street is just being left to rot away, there seems to be no effort from the builder to actually repair the building. I look forward to your assistance in this
