Pavement bollard broken outside No 42 Clarendon Square

Reported anonymously at 08:27, Friday 24 January 2020

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 2 minutes later

We heard a car clearly hit the bollard last night - when we came out the driver was attempting to put the bollard back into an upright position. His rear bumper had fallen off - it was clearly his fault - car reg NG57 CUA. He said he lived in Kenilworth and was going to leave his car parked overnight but when I checked again he had gone. The bollard is now clearly dangerous as it is loose and needs re-cementing into place.
