Iron bollard in pavement pushed over

Sent to Rugby Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

At the junction of Albert Street and King Edward Road in Rugby, opposite "BT Tyres", an iron bollard in the pavement has been pushed over, with resultant disturbance to the tarmacadam footpath. The bollard appears to be unbroken, and probably can be re-erected.
