Serious Pothole resulted in Cyclist injury & subsidance of tarmac causing noise pollution

A large deep pothole on the entrance to Maples drive from Birminghm road. In addition, the surrounding road has subsided, causing considerable noise as lorries and cars pass over it. The pothole has been present for over a month, and, and the subsidance over 6 months. An elderly cyclist recently went over the handlebars of their bicycle due to the pothole.
