The footpath is WCC freehold land that has been adopted by yourselves and the footpath is sinking and causing flooding and standing water 90% of the time even with the smallest of rainfalls, this is causing disruption and inconvinience to membvers of public but also poses a health and safety risk due to standing water, trips and falls due to brickwork
