I wonder if you should issue a 'slip' warning for the type of cover that is in the middle of this footpath. Yesterday morning the heel of my welly slipped on the manhole cover and I fell on my back, banging my elbow quite hard and banging my head on the footpath. It was a few minutes before I risked getting up from the floor. After checking out other covers on my walk this morning, most of them have a rough surface and I don't believe I would have had this painful fall with a different cover. I have pains in my upper arm and neck as well as being quite sore in my lower back. I'm sure you'll appreciate this wasn't the best thing to happen to an 'over 60'
