Trees need cutting on WDC land

Reported in the Hedges / Trees on road or verge category by Hazel Grant at 14:54, Thu 12 December 2019

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 3 minutes later

Two trees recently fallen: 1 on Myton Road; 1 near junction of Bennett Drive & Ward Grove remind me of my past emails to WDC and WCC about trees along Myton brook never having been trimmed since before we moved in to CV34 6QL mid 1988. Our neighbour has also reported it more than once. They are now extremely tall and gangly and we are worried they could topple over too on to our houses as they are so close. They need halving at least. But not cut down as needed to anchor brook side soil. Someone arranged for Persimmon builders to come earlier this year for what seemed an extremely limited bit of tree trimming by one house only. All 9 house alongside the stream are affected by these trees. Please could you arrange to have them significantly shortened? Thank you.
