Overhanging hedge within 1m of carriageway.

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 9 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1869759.
This road is on the gritting route. There are over hanging branches that are within 1m of the carriage way. To avoid the branches the gritter is driving on the verge opposite and cutting it up. In the process of doing this it will weaken the road edge. The road was barbour greened 2/3 years ago. It seems a shame to jeapordise its integrity for the sake of giving free access to the gritter on the gritting route.

Even worse last night, the verge took a direct hit and another150mm of it is in the road. It must be easier to drive on the tarmac than the verge.
