Privately planted conifers over hanging road

There is a row of conifers planted on the bend of Plott Lane which are now overhanging the road and making it very difficult for drivers to see on going traffic

  • These conifers are a serious hazard and do need cutting back urgently before an accident happens. plott lane is a narrow lane and the conifers are sticking out on a bend and there is no one who is local that appears to own that piece of land. thank you
