Permanently Blocked drain

Sent to Warwickshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1850006.
Reported last week the drain clearers told me drainage system had collapsed. Attached photo example of neat permanent situation on road after short shower of rain. Water dies not drain away. While drainage system needs repair as putting houses in danger of flooding due to this. Whole of school road drainage system needs URGENT work.

No rain recently but no doubt it will flood again on the first day of rain This is getting to be a very bad situation. Does anyone actually read these comments? When is the work likely to be done?
