There is a further leak with water bubbling from underground
Reported in the Flooding or standing water on road category anonymously at 14:56, Tue 12 November 2019
Sent to Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1843079.
There is now a further leak down the lane with a large quantity of water coursing to the surface when it rains. Due to the poor maintenance of the lane and vegetation growing over the drains they are not catching this water. It would appear there is a blockage in the pipework between Revel Barns and Two Cottage that is causing water to back up and find it way to the surface at these two points.

Patch have taken place in the lane but there does not appear to have been any investigation of the water raising to the surface.

The lane off Main St that leads to Tower Cottages and the Revel College has a constant stream of water running down it. There seems to be a larger than normal amount of water draining from several properties and a blocked drain on the right hand side when approaching from the road. I have tried to unblock it but there is a problem well below the grid over the top. If the weather turns icy this will be a big safety hazard. Urgent attention is needed.

The leak appears to have moved, Severn Trent have visited site on a number of occasions due to new people reporting the large quantity of water running down the road. They have tested the water and stated it is rain water, so the Council need to come and fix the problem. As yet I have not seen anyone from this organisation on-site, even though a docket has been raised directly with them with regard to the problem.

The problem still exists and there are signs the council have visited site and correct the fall into the drain at the top of the lane but the water is still bubbling out of ground on the lane outside Revel Barn,
