Overgrown trees and dangerous surface, caused accident

Overgrown/ fallen trees at the entrance to the greenway, directly opposite the cyclepath crossing mean that cyclists and pedestrians have to divert. The concrete "accessibility" raised tiles at that point are slippery due to accumulated rotting leaves (clearly from more than just this year) That slippery surface means that when I endeavoured to avoid the obstacle, my bike slipped out from under me, causing significant pain and damage.
