Trip hazard on public footpath

Sent to Stratford-on-Avon District Council and Warwickshire County Council 4 minutes later

Men from Water board were checking the water main via stop taps in the public footpath over one month ago. When unscrewing the cast iron top the asphalt surface came away where it was stuck to the top. The asphalt has now broken away leaving the cast iron top projecting and exposed over an area of 450 x450 mm approx. A neighbour has motor neurone disease and is liable to trip. Problem Is outside 6 Chapel Gardens , Stretton on fosse.
